BoxBarrier
The BoxBarrier is a very effective temporary flood defence system, which can be used to temporarily heighten the crest of a dike, or to make a temporary dam on flat terrain. This increased crest height prevents flooding of the areas behind the dike. Boxbarrier can be used for flood protection, diversion and containment. The concept of the BoxBarrier is characterised by easiness, because it makes use of its opponent: it retains water with water.
Tubebarrier
Tubebarrier is a flexible temporary flood barrier with a flap on the front that points towards the water. The rising water fills the tube and generates its own structural integrity. Filling holes in the tunnel, just above the flap, ensure that the water in the tunnel is as high as outside the tunnel. The pressure / mass of the water resting on the flap ensures the Barrier remain in place.
